5 Signs Your Chakras are Weak

feel out of balance?
struggling with illness?

Signs listed as follows with links to site page with ways to remedy
Root Chakra
1. You feel a general lack of physical energy and vitality resulting in a lackluster will to create.
2. Your sense of well-being is highly dependent upon external circumstances. So long as everything is going smoothly and to your liking, you feel OK, but when circumstances aren’t to your liking, you feel insecure.
3. You feel a general lack of confidence in dealing with anything outside your comfort zone.
4. You believe that money creates security and that there is an amount of money that if attained, would guarantee your security.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or recurring basis: eating disorders, adrenal fatigue, foot and leg pains and injuries, rectal or colon problems, immune disorders or bone disorders.

Sacral Chakra
1. You are plagued by guilt and reluctant or unwilling to forgive yourself for past mistakes. You are constantly judging your worthiness compared to others, and tend to avoid the company of people you perceive as more qualified than you, because just being around them makes you feel inadequate.
2. You have a fragile sense of self-worth, which is highly dependent upon pleasing others – especially those you perceive as having power or authority over you. This often results in seeing yourself as a self-sacrificing martyr, often putting others’ wants and demands before your own needs, all the while harboring silent resentment towards them and self-criticism towards yourself.
3. You get easily offended, hurt or upset by the words and actions of people that you perceive as not appreciating you. You get defensive and tend to condemn others who behave differently than you think they should.
4. You believe that you are flawed and are always under construction. You don’t trust that you can be loved just for being who you already are. Instead you believe that you have to continually improve yourself to become worthy of being loved, by others and by yourself.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or recurring basis: bowel disorders, bladder or urinary tract infections, chronic lower back pain or sexual appetite imbalances (hyper or hypo sexual).
Solar Plexus Chakra
1. You see yourself as powerless compared to some and powerful compared to others. This may show up in being overly submissive in some situations and a tyrant in others.
2. You have lots of different ways of shaming yourself and frequently feel embarrassed by imagining what other people think about you. It’s not so much that you’re afraid to fail; it’s more that you’re afraid to appear to others to be a failure.
3. You see the future as full of danger and you also see change as a threat, so you play it safe and try to protect what you think you have.
4. You are highly goal oriented and get your sense of meaning and purpose by your list of accomplishments. If you are not accomplishing something bigger and better, you feel like a failure. You are generally highly stressed and often comment to others how stressed and busy you are as a badge of honor.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or chronic basis: digestive problems, ulcers, liver problems, gallstones, pancreas disorders such as diabetes or hypoglycemia.
Heart Chakra
1. You are often guarded and closed and never or rarely allow yourself to open up to others and be authentic for fear of being hurt or rejected.
2. You are unable to let a situation rest because it didn’t go your way, until you have assigned fault to all you see as responsible. You assign negative motive to everyone whose actions impact you, judging their actions as intentional.
3. Your relationships are characterized by your tendency to be clingy and needy, anxious that your partner doesn’t need you as much as you need them.
4. Your expressions of love for another person are conditioned upon them conforming to your expectations of how they should be. As long as they do, all is well. As soon as they don’t, you get upset or offended and react with aggressive or passive aggressive moves to try to manipulate them back into behaving conforming to your expectations. You see a need to try to fix other people and often try to do so.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or chronic basis: heart disorders, chest pain, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, bronchitis, emphysema, breast lumps/cysts, circulation problems, tension/pain between the shoulder blades, shoulder, arm or hand problems or carpal tunnel.
Throat Chakra
1. You are often afraid to speak up and stifle your opinions around others because you don’t think others will find your thoughts interesting or sophisticated enough.
2. You often avoid facing the truth or find the truth to be too painful to deal with effectively so you keep yourself distracted.
3. You often stop yourself from asking for what you want or for asking for help. You assume a “no” in order to avoid the possibility of asking and being rejected by others. You see a “no” from others as a rejection of you. This often shows up in a fear and loathing of selling.
4. You try to impress others and feel like you are rarely authentic in your expressions.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or chronic basis: sore throats, swollen glands in the neck/jaw, TMJ, sinus problems, thyroid disorders, disorders of the throat, mouth, teeth or gums.
Brow (Third-Eye) Chakra
1. You feel lost when it comes to a sense of purpose and a path in life. This sense of being lost and without inner guidance can lead to becoming very ritualistic and dogmatic in following a particular leader or system that gives you a sense of purpose or meaning.
2. You have an active imagination, but not in a good way. Your imagination is often stuck in regret and worry mode. Regret about the past and worry about the future. You imagine all the things that could go wrong, all the negative things that people might be thinking about you, and a future that is scary if you don’t take massive action now to fix everything that is broken.
3. You spend much of your day in analytical, churn mode, trying to figure everything out and getting frustrated when you can’t. You find it hard to turn off the churn mode which results in difficulty being present in the moment and difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
4. You are often highly attached to things turning out the way you want them to or think they should, so life is experienced as constant emotional roller coaster. You feel up when things seem to be going your way and down when they don’t.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or chronic basis: frequent headaches, upper/frontal sinus conditions, neurological disorders, disorders of the eyes or ears, disorders of the outer brain.
Crown Chakra
1. You feel disconnected to the divine in you and around you. You only believe what you can sense with your five physical senses to be real. You have a condescending skepticism towards the spiritual and metaphysical.
2. You have an “everyone for themselves” attitude toward life. You see everything and everyone as separate and distinct from you; as people or things to be controlled, managed, led, tolerated or attacked and defended against. You don’t really feel connected at a deeper level to other people or to the planet.
3. You often feel a sense of abandonment by any higher power and anger for all the injustices you perceive in the world. The opposite extreme can also show up as “self-righteousness” where you place people into distinct us vs. them groups where the us group is right and the them group is wrong.
4. You have a strong attachment to possessions and relationships, and define yourself by what you have and who you are in a relationship with. By attachment I mean that your sense of purpose and well being is attached to your property and your relationships with others. So long as they are where you want them, you feel OK, but are always afraid you are going to lose them. To the extent you do not have the possessions and relationships you desire you believe that their lack is the cause of your unhappiness.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or chronic basis: anxiety, depression, migraines, amnesia, ADD, dyslexia, and in the most extreme cases cognitive delusions and mental illness.
